Services

Serenechhandmade provides clothing and accessories design services, including concept development and sketch creation. We specialize in transforming design ideas into visual concepts and technical drawings.

Intellectual Property

All design work, concepts, sketches, and materials created by Serenechhandmade remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and payment according to agreed terms. Clients must respect intellectual property rights and use designs only as permitted.

Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon the rights of others
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our website or services

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Serenechhandmade shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control
Actions or omissions of third parties

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Serenechhandmade, we encourage you to first contact us to seek a resolution through direct negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the following procedures apply:

Mediation: We may agree to participate in mediation through a mutually acceptable mediator
Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
Court Proceedings: If arbitration is not available or fails, disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts specified in the Applicable Law section.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serenechhandmade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
